The three starters are Magby, Bellsprout, and Horsea.
They are obtained in the Emergency Route between Nyasa Town and Zarivar Town after Team Asgard or Team Olympus attacks.

The starters encompass the classic fire/water/grass type circle. The stats of the evolutionary chain have been altered so as to be closer to each other, and not give any a clear advantage over the others (Bellsprout boosted, others nerfed). All three starters will evolve into their first stages at level 16 and will then evolve into their final stages at level 38 (items are no longer required).
